Shopproof Pro for WooCommerce
Pro is an add-on for the free Shopproof plugin. It watches the EU and country rules for the countries you sell to and tells you what changed, keeps independent proof of what your shop displayed, and gives agencies one view across all their client shops.

Everything lives on a WooCommerce, Shopproof Pro page in your admin. The free plugin keeps working in full without Pro, and Pro never locks or unlocks anything inside it.
When a rule that affects your shop is added, changed or removed, or starts to apply within 30 days, Pro lists it with the official source and emails you. It watches the EU rules, your shop country and every country WooCommerce sells to, in the topics you pick. You read each change and mark it as reviewed.
On top of the rules the free plugin uses, Pro alerts cover researched rules such as packaging and electrical goods registrations, and the countries added after launch: Spain, Poland and Belgium. A person checks every rule against its official source before it is published.
Pick a period and download a PDF of your proof log: the chain check, daily snapshots of what your withdrawal button, guarantee notice and product safety details showed, each withdrawal received (without names, emails or order numbers) and the stamps we hold. It ends with steps anyone can follow to check it.
Once a day Pro sends the latest proof log fingerprint to Shopproof, which keeps it unchanged for three years. A check link confirms we received that fingerprint on that day, so you can show your log was in that state then.
The licence owner sees every shop on the licence in one place, with what needs fixing in each: an unpublished withdrawal page, products without safety details, a broken proof log chain, missing stamps and rule updates not yet reviewed. Download it as CSV. Sign-in links go only to the licence owner's email address.
With an Agency licence, put your agency name and logo on each shop's proof pack and hand it to your clients as your own report. The name and logo stay in the shop's own database.
Pro tells you what changed and where to read it. It does not change your shop or your legal texts for you: you decide what to do about each rule, with your lawyer where needed.
One year per licence, renewed yearly. Every plan has every Pro feature; Agency plans add more sites and your branding on the proof pack.

Buyers outside the EU pay the same amounts in US dollars: USD 149, USD 499 and USD 899 a year. Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Our reseller Freemius sells the licences and handles payment, invoices and VAT.
On Shopify, Pro will come later as a USD 19 a month plan billed through Shopify, with a USD 14 a month rate for client stores linked to an agency.

No. Shopproof gives technical help and points you to the official source of each rule. It does not replace a lawyer, and whether a proof pack or stamp is enough evidence in a given case is for you and your lawyer to judge.
Yes. Pro adds to the free Shopproof plugin for WooCommerce and needs it active. Everything in the free plugin stays free, with no limits on products or withdrawals.
The EU-wide rules, the national rules for Austria, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands, and the researched rules for Spain, Poland and Belgium. Alerts follow the countries your shop sells to. Rules still being checked are never shown.
No. The first run only records the current rules. After that you get an alert when something changes, and a reminder 30 days before a rule starts to apply.
Nothing about your customers. The daily stamp sends the proof log fingerprint with the licence and install numbers. The daily dashboard status sends your shop's address and name, versions, which compliance features are on and counts. Alerts run and are emailed from your own site. The privacy notice has the details.
